2022 Camp Grant Recipient: Luke Heimer

Heritage High School awarded its camp grant to Luke Heimer so he could attend an intense Purler Wrestling Academy Camp.

We're back to our business of helping wrestlers improve their skills by awarding camp grants! This year, we've continued with providing $250 to each of the Colorado high schools where Coach Barron led teams: Fort Lupton, Heritage, and Columbine.

Next up in our grant recipients: Luke Heimer, Heritage High School. Here’s what his coaches had to say about Andrew.

“The recipient of the 2022 Ray Barron Strength & Honor Fund Camp Grant for Heritage High School is Luke Heimer. Luke will be a senior this year at Heritage and has wrestled each year he has been at Heritage. Luke was chosen for the scholarship based on his leadership in the Heritage community both in and out of the wrestling room. Luke was recently chosen to participate as a representative of Heritage at the Continental League Leadership conference at the end of September. Luke is looking forward to a very successful senior wrestling season. Luke used his Ray Barron Strength & Honor Fund Scholarship to attend the Purler Wrestling Academy camp.”

Congrats, Luke! We hope you enjoyed the Purler camp and wish you the best luck in this upcoming season!
